You Beauty Box

You Beauty Box

I always feel like You Beauty boxes are a special kept secret. For the price point and the products you receive with them they are without a doubt my favorite Beauty box. Why I do not hear more people talk about them I will never know, but seeing as you're reading this, I guess that makes one more person who does know!

So what's the drill?

Like most beauty boxes, you sign up and pay on a rolling basis, unlike most other beauty boxes however YouBeauty charge nothing for delivery (yay) and the box itself is only £6.95 which is the cheapest I have come across so far.

What makes You Beauty unique is that each month you choose 2 (most the time full or deluxe sized) products that suit you from their selection, and then You Beauty will also gift you with a couple of their own chosen samples.
You can also choose the Gold membership for £10.95 where you can choose four products, plus their chosen samples or Silver for £8.95 for three products plus samples.

Now all that aside let's talk about the products.

I am never usually satisfied with what I receive in beauty boxes as it always seems to be the same old brands, or another nail polish (not naming any names...).
But in my You Beauty boxes I never have this problem as I've always already picked what I want but I still get the added surprise of a Beauty Box though their extra samples.

So let's talk about what I got in this month's box.

As A gold member I chose to receive -

Rodial Stemcell Super Food Glam Balm
Philip Kingsley Swimcap 50ml
Illamasqua Precision Ink Liner in Abyss (black) full sized
Nuxe Hule Prodigieuse Oil 10ml

Extra Treats -

Roger and Gallet Fleur De Figuier Body Moisturiser
St Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower

So as you can see this is a very generously packed box, which also comes with a little magazine explaining all the products in detail and discount codes galore.
Each month I look forward to receiving my You Beauty box and they haven't let me down yet! I even once received a full sized hair oil worth £50 in my box! You can read more about that here.

  2. This is hands down the best beauty box I've come across, I've not heard about them until now. Seems like good value for money too with the selection of products, they didn't cheap out at all. Can't get over the full sized Illamasqua liner and it's in black!! OMGG.

  3. It's so great you can pick what you want! I get so disappointed with beauty boxes because you end up with a lot of things you don't need. Boo.

  5. That's a nice box, and I like the idea of being able to pick some of the products! The only beauty box I'm subscribing to at this point is Sephora Play!, recently launched nationwide in the US, and so far I've had one great box and one that was a disappointment.

  9. This looks like such a good box! I have the Fleur de Figuier hand cream and it smells amazing. I love that you can choose a few of your own samples. I used to get Birchbox then I'd see others post about it and everyone else seemed to get better stuff than me!
